RCMP COMPLICIT IN MURDER

OCTOBER 3rd 2024

It was 24 years ago today that Hells Angel Neil Smith's order to kill Sean Simmons was carried out. It was a Tuesday afternoon when Dean Kelsie hugged Sean, stepped back and shot him three times.

It was 24 years ago today that RCMP Officer Al Comeau of "H" Division in Halifax, Nova Scotia, decided to leave me hanging as the informant/agent who was driving the car—the agent who had tried to stop the murder for three weeks preceding the hit.

It was also 24 years ago today that RCMP Officers Corporal Phil Barrett and Corporal W. Williams sat across the street and watched as Sean was shot down in cold blood, taking nine hours to die.

It took nineteen years of trials to bring Neil Smith, Dean Kelsie and Wayne James to justice and they have been doing life sentences since. I was thrown under the bus and have been in hiding after years in Witness Protection.

RCMP Officers Inspector Mike Cabana, Corporal Al Comeau, Corporal Phil Barrett and Corporal W. Williams, who all knew about the murder ahead of time or were there when it happened, were all promoted. I assume they have now all retired.

The news media showed no genuine interest in anything but the murder, leaving RCMP involvement out. PATHETIC - this was only one story of my 45 years of dealing with the Mounties.

Thanks to members of the Halifax Regional Police, such as Shane Halliday, Greg Mason Steve Murray, Perry Astephen Jim Williams, BA Mike Sanford and countless others, this murder had a successful conclusion.
